Stress of Blogging

Today's Globe and Mail has an article about the stress of managing a blog. According to the article, readers expect bloggers to post a new entry everyday. The artist who is the focus of the article posts a new piece of art work each day. That would be much more difficult than musings about what is new in the world, thoughts on articles in the news, the entertainment world, what books I am reading (have to be careful not to reveal some of my guilty pleasures when I am reading) and reactions to what is going in my life. My recent literary passion is mystery books- I visit a local book store , the Sleuth of Baker Street regularly and purchase books that are not available for loan from the library. I do make sure that I use the computer system to order books- there are 14 books on my list at the moment. A new pursuit of mine since retiring is writing and I have had a few things published, was paid for one article and try to submit an article once a week. Hopefully this blog will help get the creative juices going and I will not feel any stress.
Please for give any glitches as I learn how to make this process work.
